Finally I'm done... I'm not entirelly happy with the result. I'm not satisfy with the hands and the tail, but I think it's time to work on something else!!! I like her eyes, though
 This is the way I see the little mermaid: she's holding a seashell, trying to ear the ocean while she's at the bottom of it. Not seeing what she has and wanting something that is not worth it. I think I sometimes, identify myself to her! lol As reference, I looked at a picture of myself, and for the face, the actress Kristin Kreuk. I will post a little historic of the painting... Hope you like it! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I know that artist's are their worst critics.. But I don't think you should worry about it.
I really love how you did the shell.. Gorgeous color and shine!
The hair is really cool too, especially the way it looks in the back round.
And the eyes are beautiful.
